Huluサービスご利用に必要な料金などについて
Huluサービスは月額課金制のオンライン動画視聴サービスです。
月額利用料金：1,026円（税込）
※iTunes Store決済の場合：1,050円（税込）
サービスの対価以外でお客様に発生する金銭
- PC、TV、ゲーム機、
STBを利用する場合 - PC、TV、ゲーム機、STBでインターネットをするために必要となる通信料、プロバイダ料金、その他インターネット利用のために必要となる料金
- モバイル機器を利用する場合
- 電話回線を利用してストリーミングする際に発生するパケット通信料(発生するパケット通信料の料金は、お客様の契約形態により異なります)
支払い時期・支払い方法
お支払い方法はクレジットカード、d払い、auかんたん決済、ソフトバンクまとめて支払い、PayPal、iTunes、Google Play、Yahoo!ウォレット、Amazonアプリ内決済、当社指定の取扱事業者経由のお支払、Huluチケット、その他の支払方法となります(以下「お支払い方法」という)。ご利用いただけるお支払い方法は、ご使用になる機器により異なります。ご利用いただけるクレジットカードは、Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Clubとなります。
月額利用料金は、無料トライアル期間が終了した翌日に初めてのご請求が発生し、そちらの日付で毎月お客様がご利用のお支払い方法にて請求いたします。iTunes Storeの決済は、支払い済みの期間満了の24時間前から開始します。請求日が請求月にない場合、該当月の最終日に請求いたします(例: 初回のご請求日が3月31日の場合、次回請求日が4月30日となります)。 なお、お客様のお支払いの時期は、お客様とクレジットカード会社等との会員規約に基づきます。
提供時期
お支払方法の手続きが完了し次第、すぐにご利用いただけます。
Huluサービスのキャンセルについて
お客様のアカウントページにて、「契約を解除する」オプションを選択することにより、お客様のアカウントをキャンセルする（翌月のHuluサービスの利用料請求を停止）ことができます。キャンセル後も月次の更新日（初回の課金日と同一の暦日）の前日までは継続してHuluサービスにアクセスし、動画を視聴することができます。
また、デジタルコンテンツという商品の性質上、返品及び返金はできません。
なお、ライブ配信の場合、その特性上、映像や音声の乱れ、インターネット回線のトラブルによる配信の一時中断などが発生する可能性がありますが、月額利用料の払戻はできません。

Huluストアサービスは個別課金制のオンライン動画視聴サービスです。
視聴料はコンテンツごとに記載しております。
サービスの対価以外でお客様に発生する金銭
- PC、TV、ゲーム機、
STBを利用する場合 - PC、TV、ゲーム機、STBでインターネットをするために必要となる通信料、プロバイダ料金、その他インターネット利用のために必要となる料金
- モバイル機器を利用する場合
- 電話回線を利用してストリーミングする際に発生するパケット通信料(発生するパケット通信料の料金は、お客様の契約形態により異なります)
支払い時期・支払い方法
お支払い方法はクレジットカード（Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Club）またはポイントとなります。
クレジットカードによるお支払いの場合、視聴料金は、お客様がコンテンツを購入したときに発生し、そちらの日付でお客様が登録されたクレジットカードに請求いたします。なお、お客様のお支払いの時期は、お客様とクレジットカード会社との会員規約に基づきます。
ポイントによるお支払いの場合、お客様のお支払いの時期は、コンテンツを購入したときとなります。
提供時期
お支払方法の手続きが完了し次第、すぐにご利用いただけます。
視聴可能期間及びレンタル期間は、各起算となる時から即時に起算されます。
返品・返金について
デジタルコンテンツという商品の性質上、返品及び返金はできません。
なお、ライブ配信の場合、その特性上、映像や音声の乱れ、インターネット回線のトラブルによる配信の一時中断などが発生する可能性がありますが、視聴料の払戻はできません。

Fee for Hulu services
Hulu services are online video subscription services with a fixed monthly fee.
Monthly fee: 1,026 yen (including consumption tax)
※For iTunes Store Billing: 1,050 yen (including consumption tax)
Any other costs than the monthly fee to be paid by users
- When a PC, TV, Game Console, or STB is used
- Communication fee(s) for Internet access via a PC, TV, Game Console, or STB, provider fee(s), and any other costs necessary to connect to the Internet.
- When a mobile device is used
- Packet communication fee(s) for streaming over a phone line (actual fee depends on user’s contract terms for the packet communication.)
Payment timing and method
We accept payments by credit card, DOCOMO Billing (d Barai), au Billing (e-yu-kan tan kessai), Softbank Billing (Softbank matomete shiharai), PayPal, iTunes, Google Play, Yahoo! Wallet, Amazon In-App Purchasing (Amazon IAP), Hulu’s designated third parties, Hulu Ticket and other payment methods (each, a “Payment Method” and collectively the “Payment Methods”). Please note that certain Payment Methods are only available on specific devices. We accept credit cards issued by Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.
The fixed monthly fee will be billed to your Payment Method on the same day each month, beginning on the day after your free trial ends. (If you select iTunes Store Billing, the billing occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription month. If your billing date does not exist in a particular month, you will be billed on the last day of that month (e.g., if your billing date is on March 31, your next billing date will be on April 30.) Please note that your Payment Method’s payment due date is determined by the terms of use of the credit card company or other Payment Method you choose.
Timing of the start of the services
You may start subscribing Hulu services upon successful completion of the registration of your Payment Method.
Hulu subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription (stop Hulu charging next month subscription fee for Hulu service) by selecting the option "Cancel Subscription" on your account page. After selecting this option, you can still enjoy Hulu’s subscription services until the end of your billing cycle (i.e., until one day prior to the same day of the month as the first billing date).
Hulu transaction return or refund
Due to the nature of digital contents, you may not cancel your transaction(s) and we will not return or refund. Furthermore, we will not refund the subscription fee even in case video and audio of the live streaming is distorted, or the streaming is temporarily interrupted due to Internet connection problems.

Fee for Hulu Store services
Hulu Store services are free-paid-basis online video services. You can find a viewing fee for each content on Hulu Store site.
Any other costs than the service fee to be paid by users
- When a PC, TV, Game Console, or STB is used
